AD229e - Diagnostic Audiometer

Description

The AD229e is without doubt the most advanced medium sized audiometer available. The AD229e is a diagnostic air / bone / speech audiometer that is well suited for stationary or portable use.


Tests
Tests include manual or automated pure tone testing and speech testing as well as ABLB and Stenger for binaural presentation of a monophonic speech signal.

Full patient communication is included. The AD229e additionally holds features like true Binaural Speech, two channel Master Hearing Aid, SISI, Bekesy and Tone in Noise.


Free field
Free Field capability is available as an option with both pure tones and speech calibrated.

The bi-directional computer interface makes the AD229e ideally suited for modern healthcare environments with a number of software choices that include NOAH interfaces and Windows98 based products. The AD229e is also capable of separate calibration for the use of TDH29 headphones and insert phones.

Printing options
A variety of printing options are available which include the direct connection of the AD229e to an ink-jet printer and to the medical MTP10 printer (see MT10). For portable use, an optional carrying case is available that holds the AD229e and all accessories.
